I was so happy and pleased to have found Serge’s simplemotor.com about 12 years ago. Ever since I was 11 years old I built brushed motors and eventually the brushes would wear out or they wouldn’t work due to alignment issues. These brushless motors remove those problems and they can get to very high revolution/minute.

My sons and daughter have built Kits #1-7. The most recent purchase was Motor Kit #11 because I wanted to build a motor in less than an hour. Now that I have done that (and made some mistakes along the way) I believe I can build a second one in less than 30 minutes. I love these kits – they are so much better than the motors I build as a child that has brushes in them and I love to see them work first time, every time.
