Payment

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Maestro, and UnionPay. We also accept PayPal where you can use any major credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. In most cases PayPal provides additional buyer protection.

    If you prefer you may mail your payment. Make your check or money order payable to Simple Motors and send it to:

    All prices are in US dollars. We do not accept other currencies. If you reside outside the USA you need an international money order drawn on US bank.

    Purchase orders are acceptable from educational organizations. Payment terms: Net 30. Please submit your purchase order to the address above. You may also fax it to (509) 479-3404 or email it to simplemotor@gmail.com.

    Limited Warranty

    If certain parts are found to be defective, damaged in shipping, or missing from any kit, these parts will be replaced free of charge (shipped by First-Class Mail). This warranty does not apply to any parts that were damaged due to misuse or accident during assembly and afterwards. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts.

    If the shipment was lost in mail (was not delivered by 15 business days after the shipment date), another one will be sent (shipped free of charge by First-Class Mail). This warranty does not apply to shipments outside the United States.

    Returns / Refunds

    You may return your kits/parts for a complete refund within 30 days from the day of shipment provided that all items are in new unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable both ways.

    Shipping

    Normally most of the orders are shipped the next business day after receiving the payment. We reserve the right to delay shipments in some occasions, especially for large orders.

    We do not have any control over delivery time by postal or other carriers. Keep in mind that Express Mail which is normally delivered the next day to most areas may take longer to places with smaller population. Please be aware that international shipments sometimes may be delayed due to customs clearing in your country for 1-2 weeks or even longer.

    First Class Mail: 3-5 business days
    Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
    Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (next business day to most cities)

    Fedex Standard Overnight: next business day

    International:

    First Class Package Service International: varies by country, may take 2-4 weeks
    Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
    Priority Mail Express: 3-5 business days
    Global Express Guaranteed: 1-3 business days

    Be advised that First Class Package Service International does not provide tracking information. Domestic First Class Mail may have tracking only for PayPal purchases. We strongly recommend selecting Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Global Express Guaranteed or FedEx if you need to track your package.

    Information you enter on our site is strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to any third parties. We may use your personal contact information for communication regarding your order.

    The testimonials section of our website is for the purpose of sharing positive experiences. The testimonials section is moderated but published testimonials are genuine and are not edited or altered. By posting your comment(s) or testimonial(s) on our website, you give us permission to reprint or use it in connection with our business without any compensation.     Security

    Security is of paramount importance to us. When you enter your personal information on our site, that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry – SSL.

    We do not store the most sensitive information (such as your credit card number) on our site. This information is encrypted using the highest industry standards and securely stored at Braintree servers. Braintree, the division of Wells Fargo Bank, uses the most advanced encryption methods currently available.

    We never store card validation code or PIN block data.
